Shawn grew up on the South-Side of Chicago until given the opportunity to move to Las Vegas Nevada at the age of 16 years old. During his early twenties, Shawn realized that he needed to be reconciled with God and surrendered his life to Jesus Christ.

Shawn and Cici have been married since 2012 and have been blessed with 3 amazing daughters. Shawn has a background as a Registered Nurse, has completed a Church Planting/Pastoral residency and is currently studying at Moody Bible Institute. He has had the privilege of serving with youth in various settings and has also served as a board member of a Christian school (K-12). In 2022 Shawn and Cici relocated their family to the Chicagoland area to help make an impact for the kingdom of God with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Shawn currently serves as a Pastoral Resident at Renewal Church of Chicago as he is being further equipped to pastor a healthy Christ-centered Church
